Heights

Designer:Pentagram

The bottle's design was driven by two factors: it needed to be highly visible to launch the brand, and it needed to be less than 25mm thick to fit through the mailbox. In order to minimize the carbon footprint and keep it within a total packaging thickness of 25mm for economical transportation, a special shipping container was designed using molded sugar cane pulp, a sustainable and biodegradable material that is a by-product of the sugar industry.

Sprout

Designer:Pat Mangulabnan

The packaging is made from pineapple leaves, making it 100 percent biodegradable. The "Pinyapel" material is embedded with seeds and consumers are encouraged to "plant the package" after use, which is printed with organic soy ink to further enhance its eco-friendliness. It is used with edible starch wrappers to provide more protection for the packaged cereal during transportation.

Origami instant noodle bowl

Designer:Tomorrow Machine

The packaging made with this material can be flattened to save transportation space. When in use, after pouring boiling water into the package through the small opening reserved at the top, the whole package will expand and expand into a round bowl, and become stiff and firm as the temperature drops.

Pearl
